ISO:9001-2001
We have implemented ISO:9001 with TickIT into our daily practices. These standards ensure that we produce consistent levels of quality work for all our clients and provide us with a structure to perform audits on the way that we work as a company. In other words, we don’t claim to be perfect, but the ISO standard gives us a structured way to learn from our mistakes to make sure they are not repeated and encourages the development of quality standards relevant to our industry.

Project Management
Our strong working structure ensures projects are strategically developed from pre-production through to completion. We use regression testing to ensure the reliability of our code; we also adopt other forms of testing when required.  

We follow prince2 project management guidance in order to perform to a high standard during project development. This involves regular reviews and communications to ensure a project plan is followed and correctly implemented. Prince2 structure improves our efficiency, organisation and time management.

We invite constructive feedback from our clients at the end of a project, in order to continually improve our products and services.
