Consultation forms a key part of netready project management and we ensure there is an agreed project structure, objectives are confirmed and advice is given on all options available.

Our project management structure involves working to agreed milestones & timescales, with regular progress reports & meetings, alongside the use of our project management system. We adopt established testing procedures, which conforming to ISO 9001:2000 standards.

All work in progress is made available for review by our clients, in one dedicated, password protected area online, so that all project information can be obtained on one central area by everyone involved. Ongoing face to face support and communication is maintained throughout the project; continuing after it is completed.
