Queen Alexandra College

Brief:

NEED - The National Employer Engagement Database, required a bespoke structured CRM system that enabled them to collaborate with companies, divisions and individuals.

Soltution:

Netready worked alongside Queen Alexandra College to produce a detailed technical specification that fulfilled all of the project requirments.  We then implemented all elements from the specification to produce the system, which underwent extensive testing before its launch.

A1 Hydraulics

Brief:

A1hyraulics is a UK Distributor of hydraulics components and accessories, including hoses, fittings, clamps, couplings, pumps, motors, and filters. They required a new website to be created that reflected the current brand and the key areas of the business, providing more information to potential customers.

Solution:

Netready created a design that focused on the key categories of products and enabled users to quickly locate and  gain  further details on products and services of interest. The site includes a product search and promotes the trade counter.

Alphabet Gifts

Brief:

Alphabet Gifts incorporating Alphabet Art offers a large range of high quality special occasion and personalised gift ideas for babies and children.

Solution:

Netready created an online shop using our LetsSetUpShop software. The site includes a sophisticated search facility and a personalised products feature. The LSS software can also apply discounts and delivery options to all products on the site.

First Response

Brief:

First response came to netready requiring new branding, an updated look for their website, new images and text, in order to drive the business forward

Solution:

Netready created a simple but striking new logo, sourced images to reflect the nature of the business and wrote search engine friendly text to fit with the company ethos. The site is built on a simple CMS system and it is therefore easy for First Response to update their website in house.

London Name Plate

Brief:

London Name Plate company was founded in 1810 and has a long established history in the specialist production of name plates. Netready was required to produce a new brand, together with a website and brochure that would reflect the company history but also appeal to a modern audience.

Solution:

Netready worked closely with LNP to produce a clear, striking, modern logo that reflected the business.  We were also commissioned to capture the key capabilities of the business in a series of photographs to be used for the website and brochure. The website produced is clean, clear and concise, but highlights all of the areas covered by the business. After the website was approved, a brochure was created to sit alongside the website, following the same consistent branding and design.

Nottingham Music Hub

Brief:

Nottingham Music Hub co-ordinates music provision with children, young people, schools and groups across Nottingham City. They were looking for a website that would enable them to deliver their vision that all children and young people in Nottingham have a rewarding and inspiring experience of making music with others. They wished to be able to add a variety of content onto the site and also enable their partners to update the site themselves.

 

Solution:

The solution provided allows Nottingham Music hub to

 

  • Update content in house, without technical knowledge anywhere
  • Control menu structures and add menu items
  • Add and update news & event items
  • Select the news stories which appear on the homepage
  • Add specific highlighted content and images to the homepage
  • Create image galleries for events
  • Post events and manage when and where they display
  • Include downloadable documents and video content within pages
  • Set tags or keywords for each page

 

Netready also assisted with branding and logo development, offline print material, helping to refine the site structure, ensuring the design has a youthful appeal and advising on organising and ordering site content.

BCre8ive

Brief:

The BCre8ive team required a website to bring together creatives with professional mentors and production companies in order to create new works for audiences across all digital platforms.  BCre8ive.eu is a collaborative online environment offering artists three ways in which to work together, develop new ideas, and deliver their creations.

Solution:

Netready produced a web based portal to appeal to users from any creative discipline, from script writing to animation. The website allows them to communicate ideas that will end up in the development of short films, movies and games. The platform also offers users the chance to engage with industry professionals, either for advice or in the form of on and offline workshops.

CPD Leaders

The School Development Support Agency (SDSA) is an organisation that runs projects involving schools and young persons by working with the public sector. They obtain regional and national contracts for agreed projects, and invest grants in project’s infrastructure, personnel and time. Their portfolio work is large, as their team works within a range of children services, from Primary Schools to Foster Care.

Brief:
Netready have worked with the SDSA on a number on-going projects since 2009. These projects include content managed websites and online web systems,most of which include bespoke features to suit theproject the SDSA is undertaking.

Solution:
The CPD Leaders project supports workers in schools with their professional development. The SDSA required a website that would reach out to the employees so that they could provide access to resources and news. The previous website was dated, and required a large amount of maintenance to ensure it was kept up to date. Netready’s CMS solution is a sleeker site, that includes default options to ensure that content areas never remain empty. News sections that do not have recent articles will display third party Twitter feeds instead. Any empty content panels are hidden.

Titan Telecom

Brief:

Titan Telecom was looking for a major update for its website, with the aim of increasing sales, user experience and improving the ability to manage its own websites in house, with a great degree of design flexibility.

 

Solution:

The website promotes the company’s aggressively priced telecom, mobile and broadband solutions to primarily SMEs with a wide ethnic diversity. Often customers require simple, adaptable, portable solutions. This market is highly saturated so the netready provided a striking, easy to use site design that focuses on presenting all information in very few clicks so that users do not move onto a competitor before they have found what they require. Netready also provided image sourcing, to ensure the content appealed to the target market. The site encourages the user to contact the sales team and integrates with the company’s other back end systems and existing customer portals.

Unicom

Brief:

Unicom was looking for a major update for its website, with the aim of increasing sales, user experience and improving the ability to manage its own websites in house, with a great degree of design flexibility.

Netready had worked with Unicom’s head marketing and brand consultant on a site for another company in the past and he was so impressed with the adaptability and usability of our CMS and the design and technical services that we had provided that he returned to Netready to work with Unicom.

Solution:

This site appeals to SMEs but those looking to spend a little more money on their telecom service. The site highlights Unicom’s high level of customer service and is very scalable to enable Unicom to include additional future electrical and gas services that the company wishes to integrate within the website at a later date

Richard Griffiths Architects

Brief:

Richard Griffiths architects required an HTML site to replace their existing Flash site. They were after a very clear look and feel, to best show off their work

Solution:

Netready created a very clean design that made the most of the images of Richard Griffiths’ various projects. The site includes a wealth of information, including case studies and is built on a simple to use CMS, so the site can be updated in house

Bombardier

Brief:

Bombardier required an online replacement for their existing project cost forecasting system. The system would need to allow team managers to import their staff details, create estimated time sheets under different scenarios and export the information as a standard set of reports.

Solution:

Netready created an online replica of the Excel based system Bombardier used previously. This had the flexibility of Excel (copying columns, calculating totals etc) whilst standardising the format the data is provided in. The system imports data from 3 other systems to eventually produce a collection of reports that are then exported back into Excel. The final solution is a secure, robust system that meets Bombardier's requirements of an efficient, usable application accessible from all over the world.

EMIN

Brief:

EMIN required a new content managed website with a large range of features to promote their business development services and a bespoke online tool to assess business viability.

Solution:

Netready created a standard compliant content managed website of over five hundred pages. The site boasts a wealth of features, including news and events areas, a business directory, a RSS feed and tenders section. Netready also created a unique system for the site to allow users to access business viability. The Skills Assessor allows EMIN to create assessment criteria which then gives scoring and advice based on information entered. The Skills Assessor has proved popular on the site and is an intuitive way to deliver advice relevant to each unique user. The site has over 2500 members who can access a variety of password protected content.

Water Sewage and Waste

Brief:

PSE wished to replace their fax based system to promote events with e-mails

Solution:

netready built an e-mail template which allows PSE to regularly update and send e-mails in house. Our e-mail management system enables PSE to promote events to their clients and measure promotion results

Leighton Denny

Brief:

Leighton Denny required a new logo for their Next Nail Talent yearly competition. The new logo needed to fit with the existing Leighton Denny brand and inspire people to take part.

Solution:

Netready created an inspiring logo that encapsulated the creativity at the heart of the competition. The logo is clean, simple, but colourful and follows Leighton Denny’s existing brand

Netprendo

Brief:

Netprendo required a striking, creative brand to fit with their innovative products. A series of logos were required to represent each of their products.

Solution:

Netready created a brand that demonstrated to customers what netprendo is about. Communicating important information to customers is key to their service offering so we ensured the logo portrayed this at a glance. The products were given logos that fitted with the market area and sat coherently within the overall brand.

First Response

Brief:

First response required an update to their existing logo to modernise the brand and appeal to a wider target market.

Solution:

Netready created a fresh, clean logo which reflects First Response’s tailored services. The brand includes a strap line to ensure that potential customers can see at a glance the services offered.

BCre8ive

Brief:

BCr8ive required an inspirational brand to show the innovative and creative nature of what BCre8ive offers.

Solution:

Netready used bright contrasting colours for the design of the logos to help engage users and appeal to the creative demographic. Paint and hand motives feature to express the collaborative, hands on and inventive nature of BCre8ive. Icons are used throughout the site to help ensure that navigation is as familiar and user friendly as possible.

 

Hollywood Bowl

Brief:

Hollywood Bowl required a complete new look and application for their Bowling consoles.

Solution:

Netready created exciting new displays for the score screens and consoles, along a Hollywood theme, as well as developing an application to run behind the scenes.

Easy Internet

Brief:

Easy Internet required an update to their existing branding to modernise their image

Solution:

Netready created a modern, accessible new brand with icons to portray each of Easy Internet’s services

 

Executive Grapevine

Brief:

Executive Grapevine is a publishing company that specialises in the talent management industry. Their products range from annual directories, online data, a monthly magazine and an events division. Executive grapevine commisioned the build of several systems to manage their publications for high end jobs. They required the redevelopment of an existing internal marketing database to a more modern format, that would enable users to easy search a large volume of data quickly and accurately.

Solution:

Netready developed a several systems in Visual Basic to enable targeted mailing lists to be produced for companies. We developed on existing techniques that had been used on previous projects to provide a stable base for the system. The data for the system is automatically transferred from the internal system on a daily basis. The structure of each program is clear and menus remain visible so that various options are always available.

The Greyhound

Brief:

The pub and restaurant in Great Glen required photography of the
inside and outside of the pub and images of the catering services they
provide.

Solution:

Netready did a photo shoot which presented the pub and restaurant
as friendly, vibrant, spacious and professional. Action shots of staff were
included, both serving and preparing food and drink, so a feel for the
attention to detail and atmosphere of the pub can be seen at a glance by
site users.

First Response

Brief:

First Response provide a telephone answering service for a wide range of clients, which involves answering the phone on a client's behalf. Predefined information is delivered if required, then any messages are taken and relayed on to the client.  First Response required an application to automate the call handling process and invoicing.

Solution:

Netready worked closely with the VOIP phone provider and produced a solution that brought up the client's details as soon as the phone was answered. The operator can then enter the caller details and relay the message on.  The system includes an automated billing feature, which calculates the monthly charge,  generating emailed PDF files and output for Direct Debit payment.

Nottingham Music Hub

Brief:

To create/source engaging images for the website and printed materials, which would appeal to the wide demographic of parents, grandparents, carers and children. Pictures of children would feature, which was a concern to Nottingham Music Hub

Solution:

Netready added graphic styling to the images provided by the Hub, making the images bright, inviting and engaging. The styling also disguised the identity of children within each image, so there was no concerns about using the images for publicity and online.

 

First Response

Brief:

Netready were required to select a series of non-stereo typical images that encapsulated First Response’s service offering.

Solution:

A series of images were selected which featured the same model, portraying each of First Response’s services at a glance to website users. Use of the same model serves to illustrate the personal and bespoke nature of their PA services.

BCre8ive

Brief:

To source and create images to explain what BCre8ive is about and communicate the creative nature of the service offering

Solution:

Netready created a whole narrative to explain how BCr8ive works, using images of hands, which portrays the creative and hands on nature of the project. A whole series of icons were also created for the site, which makes navigation user friendly and intuitive.

Prostaid

Brief:
ProstAid is a voluntary group made up of men who have been affected by Prostate Cancer. ProstAid required a mobile Android app to promote awareness of prostate cancer to a wider audience plus raise funds for the charity.

Solution:

Netready were able to put a completely fresh business perspective on the presentation and branding of the app. The style of the application also leant itself to being developed on a platform that enabled one product to be developed then released easily on Android and iphone.

We designed an intuitive navigation process that would appeal to everyone and guide people from topic to topic with ease.

Altima

Brief:

Altima provide efficient lighting products and fittings that are available in a variety of colours. The new site required very clear navigation to ensure that visitors access the products required.

Solution:

Netready provided a sleek design to fit in with the lights and accessories, minimising the number of clicks to each product. Our Lets Setup Shop product ensures the website orders, products and stock can be fully managed through the password protected area of the website.

Capezio

Brief:

An e-commerce site was required to sell comfortable, high performance dance products across Europe

Solution:

Netready worked to develop a website tailored to Capezio’s target market allowing users to access and purchase the large range of products in the catalogue.

Leighton Denny

Brief:

Netready worked alongside the Leighton Denny internal design team to produce a brand engagement website.

Solution:

A bespoke e-commerce shop was produced that provided extra information on Leighton Denny, plus enabled the user to purchase their range of products.
